Successfully achieved planning permission for new medical surgery
Our client asked us for advice before talking to the landlord of a building they were interested in. They needed to know the likelihood of being able to change the use of the building from offices to a new private medical surgery. We carried out a planning appraisal, identified the key issues arising from the proposals and advised how they could be overcome.
Our clients then asked us to submit a planning application for the new surgery. We prepared the planning application, monitored its progress and responded to comments received by local residents. We kept our client informed throughout the process and successfully achieved planning permission for the change of use.
