Reinstated planning permission for new hotel and restaurant
Permission had previously been granted on a major road in the Hampshire countryside for a hotel and restaurant, sited next to an existing large service station. The original planning permission had lapsed and we were asked to reinstate it. We looked at the complete scheme, from its ecological impact to competing planning applications. Our research and thorough reporting meant that we successfully reinstated the permission so that development could go ahead.
